Training Trauma!

Dehydration Most athletes agree - training can create a vicious cycle....As athletes turn up the heat in their training, they start ignoring things like hydration, nutrition, sleep. What comes next is a bummer: Imbalance...immune system/performance suffer...the body becomes susceptible to viral/bacterial infections....trip to Dr. - "abstain from training is the answer"...
